Create a source pack once, then reuse it when sending personalized copies to clients.
Create and save a source pack
Open Information Packs in the coach app.
Select New pack. In an empty library, select Create a pack.
Enter a Pack name. Clients see this as their pack's title.
Write your Message. You can also add a video or files.
Check Template preview.
Select Save template.
Wait for the save confirmation. Saving a template does not send it to a client.
You can save work before all content is ready to send. If a new file is still uploading, finish the upload or remove that file before saving. A saved pack can still contain media that is being prepared; it remains a draft until all included content is ready.
Reopen and edit a pack
Return to All packs.
Select Edit, or Continue editing on an incomplete pack.
Make your changes and check the preview.
Select Save template.
Saved source packs survive a reload. Unsaved changes do not. If you leave with changes, the app asks whether to discard them.
If the app reports that the pack changed elsewhere, your edits remain in the current editor. Preserve any wording you need, reopen the saved pack, and reconcile the changes before saving again.
Delete a source pack
Open the pack with Edit.
Select Delete.
Check the pack name, then confirm Delete template.
The source is removed from your reusable library. Previously sent copies stay unchanged.
