An Information Pack is a reusable message, video or set of files that you can personalize and send to one client. Use it for material you share repeatedly, such as a welcome note or a guide.
Understand the two copies
Your source pack, also called a template, stays in your Information Packs library. You can reuse and edit it.
When you send a pack, Gymfluence saves a separate copy for the selected client. Personalizing that copy leaves the source unchanged. Editing or deleting the source later does not change a copy you already sent.
Understand All packs, Ready and Drafts
All packs shows your reusable packs.
Ready shows named packs with at least one complete message, video or file. Every included upload must be ready.
Drafts shows packs that are not ready to send.
A pack with a name and a complete message can be Ready. You do not need a video or an attachment. A name alone, or the example prompts shown in an empty editor, is not complete content.
There is no separate publish action for an Information Pack. Save template saves the source; Send starts the client-specific workflow.
Keep control of each send
You choose one eligible assigned client, review the personalized copy and explicitly send it. Information Packs do not automatically personalize, schedule, trigger or bulk-send your content.
