A Fitness Week is your personal 7-day coaching cycle in Gymfluence. It is not tied to a calendar week. Instead, it starts and ends based on the check-in day assigned by your coach.
For example, if your check-in day is Wednesday, your Fitness Week runs from Wednesday through the following Tuesday.
During each Fitness Week:
- Your nutrition, activity, and exercise targets are tracked
- Your progress and adherence are measured
- Your coach reviews the data collected throughout the week
At the end of the Fitness Week, a 24-hour review window opens for you to complete your Fitness Week Review. Once submitted, your coach can review your progress, provide feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
A new Fitness Week then begins, creating a consistent coaching cycle focused on accountability, progress, and long-term results.
