Everything in Gymfluence follows a structured weekly coaching cycle designed to create consistency, accountability, and progress.
Step 1 — Your Coach Creates Your Plan
Your coach creates a personalized plan based on your goals, body composition, lifestyle, and activity level. This may include calorie, macro, step, and exercise targets tailored to your needs.
Step 2 — You Track Your Progress Throughout the Week
Throughout the week, you can complete a Daily Pulse to quickly record how you're feeling. You can also log your weight and exercise sessions to help track your progress over time.
Step 3 — You Submit Your Fitness Week Review
Once per week, a 24-hour check-in window opens on your assigned review day. During this time, you'll complete your Fitness Week Review—a structured summary of your week that helps your coach understand your progress, challenges, and overall adherence.
This is the most important part of the coaching cycle.
Step 4 — Your Coach Reviews and Responds
Your coach reviews your data, weekly review, and progress trends, then provides personalized feedback, guidance, and any necessary adjustments to your plan.
Step 5 — The Cycle Repeats
Each week builds on the last. Your coach uses real data and ongoing feedback to refine your plan, helping you stay consistent and focused on the actions that drive long-term results.
Over time, this structured process creates the accountability and consistency needed for lasting progress.
