The Fitness Week Review is your weekly check-in with your coach and one of the most important parts of the Gymfluence coaching process.
Once per week, on your assigned check-in day, a 24-hour review window opens for you to submit your Fitness Week Review.
During your review, you'll:
- Reflect on your week
- Share any challenges, successes, or additional context
- Provide information that helps your coach understand your progress
- Update any information you may have missed during the week
Once you submit your review, your coach will review your progress, provide personalized feedback, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
