Once your coach publishes a plan, you'll be able to view your nutrition, activity, and exercise targets in Gymfluence.
Accessing Your Plan
You can access your plan in either of the following ways:
- Tap the Plan tab in the bottom navigation menu.
- View your daily targets directly from the Today's Targets section on your dashboard.
What's Included in Your Plan?
Your plan may include:
- Daily calorie targets
- Protein targets
- Carbohydrate targets
- Fat targets
- Step goals
- Exercise targets and workout assignments
From the Plan section, you can review your complete nutrition and exercise plan assigned by your coach.
When your coach publishes a new plan or makes changes to an existing one, you'll receive a notification in the app.
