Your dashboard is designed to help you stay focused on the actions that matter most each day. The information is organized to guide you through your coaching journey, from daily check-ins to weekly progress.
Depending on your plan and coaching status, you may see the following sections:
Daily Pulse
The Daily Pulse is your daily behavioral check-in.
- Complete one Daily Pulse each day.
- You can edit your responses on the same day if needed.
- The Daily Pulse resets each day based on your device's local time.
The Daily Pulse provides valuable context that complements your nutrition, activity, and progress data.
By combining behavioral insights with objective performance data, your coach can better understand your experience, identify patterns, and provide more personalized guidance throughout your coaching journey.
Adherence Matrix
The Adherence Matrix provides a visual summary of how consistently you're following your coach's recommendations throughout your current Fitness Week.
The matrix tracks key areas of your plan, including: Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, Steps
As your nutrition and activity data is tracked throughout the week, the matrix updates automatically to reflect your progress.
The Adherence Matrix helps identify strengths, spot areas that need attention, and maintain consistency throughout the week.
Today's Targets
View your daily nutrition and activity targets, including calories, macros, and step goals assigned by your coach.
Logging Weight
To record your weight:
- Tap the Weight section on your dashboard.
- Enter your body weight and save.
Additional information:
- You can log weight for the current day or any previous day within your current Fitness Week.
- Weight cannot be logged for future dates.
Logging Exercise
To record an exercise session:
- Navigate to the Weekly Workout section on your dashboard.
- Find the exercise you completed and tap Log next to it.
- Enter the session details and save.
Additional information:
- Exercise sessions can be logged for previous dates within your current Fitness Week.
- Exercise sessions cannot be logged for future dates.
- Your coach may assign exercise targets labeled A, B, C, and so on.
- Activities completed outside your assigned plan can be logged as Extra sessions.
Fitness Week Status
Monitor where you are in your current Fitness Week, including upcoming review deadlines and submission status.
Note: Some dashboard sections are only available when your coach has published an active plan.
