If your weight, steps, or nutrition data is not syncing, try the following:
- Verify that Gymfluence has the required permissions in your device settings.
- Disconnect and reconnect Apple Health or Health Connect from Settings → Apps and Devices.
- Confirm that data is being recorded in Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android).
- Close and reopen the Gymfluence app.
If the issue persists, please contact Gymfluence Support and include:
- Your device model
- Your operating system version
- A description of the issue
